How We Use the Information We Collect.

If you receive commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt out from receiving commercial email from us by sending your request to us by email at compliance@kensci.com or by writing to us at the address given at the end of this policy.
Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that limited period. Additionally, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.
You can prevent your device from sharing precise location information at any time through your device’s operating system settings.
Third-Party Services
The Service may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Service. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Service. Children’s Privacy

Data processed on behalf of our Customers
KenSci may process information on behalf of its customers. We are not the controllers of this data and act as processors. We will process such information on behalf of the customer as prescribed in the respective agreements between KenSci and the customer. The customer’s privacy policy or other agreement between the customer and you (or your organization) will apply to such processing, and not this policy. If your information is processed by KenSci on behalf of one of our customers and you wish to discontinue such processing, please contact the KenSci customer directly. To exercise any of your rights as a data subject, please contact the KenSci customer directly.
Customer agreements are in place with each KenSci customer. These agreements cover data transfers to third parties that may occur as part of KenSci’s provision of its services to the customer.
Changes and Updates to this Policy
Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Policy, which we may update from time to time. If we modify this Policy, we will make it available through the Service, and indicate the date of the latest revision. In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change. EEA Addendum
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the following additional provisions apply to our processing of your Personal Information; in the event the United Kingdom withdraws from the European Union, these additional provisions will also apply to UK residents after such withdrawal. For such residents, the provisions of this EEA Addendum prevail over conflicting provisions of the Privacy Policy.
